Twins center fielder Byron Buxton is headed back to the disabled list.

The team announcing that Buxton was placed on the 10-day disabled list with a fracture of his left big toe.

This is Buxton's second stint on the DL this season.  He missed games earlier due to migraine headaches, and initially injured the toe while playing in a minor league game in April.

To replace Buxton on the 25-man roster, the Twins have recalled right-handed pitcher Aaron Slegers from Triple-A Rochester.
