The owner of a massage parlor in Stearns County and her boyfriend are charged with prostitution and sex trafficking.

48-year-old Sufeng Jiang and 49-year-old Randy Wittner are out of custody after spending the weekend in custody. They face prostitution promotion and sex trafficking charges.

It's the third parlor Waite Park police have busted in the past year. Waite Park police chief Dave Bentrud says it's a statewide problem.

"It's a tragic situation for a lot of these women," Bentrud said. "They're being exploited and we have to try and do something to deal with the interstate activity that's going on."

Investigators say several people admitted paying for sexual acts at Oriental Massage in Waite Park, and a worker told police she was forced to perform sex acts and was being held against her will.
