Blaine Police are asking for the public's help in finding two suspects who used a bolt cutter to steal a Salvation Army Red Kettle.

It happened Tuesday afternoon at the Northtown Cub Foods.

"It's just really disappointing that someone would do this," said Blaine Police Chief Brian Podany. "Particularly during the holidays when we should be doing what we can to help other people rather than taking things."

The two suspects, two white young adults, use a bolt cutter to remove the kettle before leaving in what appears to be a silver Chevy Trailblazer. Police aren't sure on the license plate, but it may be similar to 4-3-8-H-V-R.
