CAIR-Minnesota is holding a rally in support of Fifth District Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, the demonstration taking place in Burnsville where President Trump is staging a tax-day roundtable.

This is in reaction to the president's tweet of a video that make is look like Omar is being dismissive of the 9-11 terror attacks.

"It is scary because we have seen some of the things that Donald Trump has said, and how those things have translated into violence," said Kahlid Mohammed, a 26-year-old Somali-American who was interviewed in the Minneapolis neighborhood of Cedar-Riverside on Sunday.

Omar said she's faced increased death threats since the president's tweet.
