Car crashes into Starbucks in Eagan, driver in custody

Two people suffered serious injury

An Eagan man is facing drunk driving charges after police say he drove his SUV into a Starbucks Monday night, seriously injuring two people.

It happened around 9:00 p.m. at the coffee shop near Pilot Knob and Yankee Doodle roads. 

Ihar Daniluik was taken to the Dakota County jail on suspicion of drunk driving. 

The 44-year-old man suffered minor injuries in the crash.

A 29-year-old West St. Paul man and and a 30-year-old Eagan woman were both seriously injured and taken to the hospital.

There was no structural damage at the business, and they plan to reopen on Wednesday.
