A 25-year-old Eagan man is facing several felonies after a St. Paul shooting earlier in September unjured a woman and her daughter.

Prosecutors say Isaac Cryer got involved in an argument between roommates, one of them his cousin in the Dayton's Bluff neighborhood.

They say he fired his weapon outside of the apartment striking the woman in the arm.  Then, he got into his vehicle, chasing another woman with the little girl inside.

He allegedly fired into that car, hitting her in the head.

If convicted, Cryer faces up to 38 years in prison.
