Minneapolis – Amy Klobuchar is headed back home, looking to rekindle her presidential hopes following a disappointing finish in the South Carolina Democratic presidential primary.

Klobuchar gained 3% of the vote in Saturday's balloting, well behind former vice president Joe Biden, who picked up his first primary victory by a wide margin.

The Democratic hopeful holds a rally in St. Louis Park on Sunday, March 1, just ahead of Super Tuesday.

The rally will be held at St. Louis Park High School (6425 W 33rd Street St. Louis Park, MN 55426) with doors opening at 7:15 P.M. and the program starting at 8 p.m.

It’s shaping up to be a tight race in Minnesota, with a Feb. 23 poll from The Star Tribune and MPR showing Klobuchar leading Sen. Bernie Sanders by six points, 29%-23%.

The same polls showed Sen. Elizabeth Warren in third place with 11%, followed by former Vice President Joe Biden at 8% and the two former mayors in the race, Mike Bloomburg and Pete Buttigieg at 3% each.
