Zsa Zsa Gabor, the English bulldog from Anoka, Minnesota who was crowed the World’s Ugliest Dog passed away Tuesday morning.

She died in her sleep at the age of 9, according to the Today Show. Her owner Megan Brainard called Zsa Zsa’s passing “devastating” and said the pup had been staying with father who found her.

The Brainard family including their 15-month-old daughter held a special farewell ceremony for Zsa Zsa as they said their goodbyes.

It was two weeks ago when judges fell in love with her floppy tongue and crooked teeth at the Sonoma-Marin County Fair in Petaluma, California. She took home the title of 2018 World’s Ugliest Dog, a big trophy and a $1,500 prize. The annual event helps raise awareness for pet adoption.

Zsa Zsa had a tough life, spending five years in a puppy mill before being rescued. Now, she’s in doggy heaven, no doubt proudly wearing the ugliest dog tiara.
