St. Thomas looking into racist message left on door in dorm

Students involved in this type of act could be expelled

The University of St. Thomas is looking into what they believe was a racist-motivated act in which the N-word was written on the door of a student's room.

The word, followed by the phrase "go back," was discovered last Friday in Brady Hall.

The seven-story Brady Hall, built in 1967 and located in the center of the school's St. Paul campus, houses 320 male students.

In a graphic statement on the St. Thomas website, it's mentioned that any student involved in the act could be expelled.
