Your Participating Restaurant Receives:

  • Radio - Inclusion in minimum of (10) :30 promos, rotated August 13 – September 30 on WCCO 830, JACK 104.1 and BUZ’N 102.9 (600+ total GFGDGC promo mentions supporting the event)
  • On Device - Geo-targeted GFGDGC  mobile banner ads August 20 – September 30 (500,000 total impressions throughout Metro supporting the event, not individual restaurants)

  • Online - Listing on Good Food. Good Drink. Good Cause. web page with links to your website, prix fixe menu, and reservation page  

  • Charity E-Blasts/Newsletters - Mentions in Second Harvest Heartland and Entercom Radio’s E-Blast and Newsletter communications

  • Valuable Social Media Promotion - via station and charities highly popular Facebook, Twitter & Instagram accounts. *Restaurants are highly encouraged to follow and tag Good Food. Good Drink. Good Cause. on social media, share photos, menu selections, etc for added promotion.

  • Turn-key Activation - Onsite activation kits provided by Second Harvest Heartland to each restaurant including table tents, etc.

  • Ability to increase revenue with add-on offerings:  Wine pairings, etc.

  • Potential Additional Marketing Exposure via partnering sponsors, TV, print, local market talent, blogs, Second Harvest Heartland PR, partner outreach, etc.

 

Deadlines to Know:

April 15, 2018 – Contract and Payment of $500 registration fee must be received by Entercom Radio by April 15, 2018 in order to guarantee your listing on Good Food. Good Drink. Good Cause. promotions.  Multiple location groups/restaurants will receive a discount of 5% per restaurant to $350 minimum fee per restaurant. 

August 1. 2018 – Your menu must be posted on your website by August 1 in order to be linked on the Good Food. Good Drink. Good Cause. web page.  Please send us the link as diners often peruse menu offerings before making reservations!

August 13, 2018 – “Reservation Day” kick-off.  Please begin accepting reservations on (not before) August 13, to coincide with a huge promotion revealing the list of restaurants and the start of the reservation period. 

October 31, 2018 – Payment of $3/$5 per diner (for brunch/lunch) AND $5/$7/$9 per diner (for dinner) must be made to Second Harvest Heartland no later than October 31, 2018, or you will be subject to not being invited to participate in Good Food. Good Drink. Good Cause. in 2019.   You’ll receive donation instructions at the end of the campaign.
