Even though manager Rocco Baldelli was optimistic about Eddie Rosario's ankle injury, the Twins outfielder has been placed on the 10-day Injured List.

Rosario turned his ankle while running the bases during Wednesday night's win over Tampa Bay.  Rosario is having a career year, hitting .282 with 20 home runs and is currently tied for the American League lead in RBI with 60.

The good news is that infielder Ehire Adrianza is back with the Twins following his stint on the Injured List.  He had missed the last 10 games with abdominal issues, and in his return Friday night had a triple and single and scored twice as the Twins lost to the White Sox 6-4.
