A St. Paul coffee shop and juice bar owner is facing two counts of criminal sexual conduct for allegedly assaulting a teenage employee last week.

45-year-old Eduardo Delariva-Larios of Burnsville owns Coffee Tarik, a shop with two locations on the east side of St. Paul, including one in the Indigenous Roots Cultural Arts Center.

Police allege that he assaulted a 15-year-old girl during her first day on the job on July 7th. She went to police a few days later.

Delariva-Larios has prior convictions for solicitation, inducement and promotion of prostitution in Hennepin County, and investigators fear that there could be more victims.
