Blaine Police say they've identified the two people who were caught on surveillence camera stealing a Salvation Army Red Kettle from a Cub Foods last week.

Blaine's police chief says the suspects are a brother and sister. The male suspect is in custody on outstanding warrants.  The female suspect is not in custody at this point.

Charges for the kettle theft are expected next week in Anoka County Court.

Police had fairly clear video of the theft, and posted it on Facebook. The police chief says there were more than one-point-three million views of that video, which helped lead to the suspects.

It's not known how much money was in the kettle.
