April 14, 2018 - 8:56 am

It's been a rough start to the season weather-wise for the Twins, who for the third straight day will not be playing baseball.

The Minnesota Twins have announced that Saturday's 1:10 p.m. game and Sunday's 1:10 p.m. game against the Chicago White Sox have both been postponed due to inclement weather. The rescheduled games will be announced at a later date.

The Twins will announce further details once the rescheduled game date has been finalized. At that time, fans are encouraged to visit www.twinsbaseball.com, call 612-33-TWINS (612-338-9467) or 800-33-TWINS (800-338-9467), or visit the Target Field Box Office during normal business hours for detailed information regarding your April 14 and 15 game tickets.

This is now the fourth game the Twins couldn't play at Target Field because of the lingering winter weather.  Most of southern and central Minnesota is under a Winter Storm or even Blizzard Warning Saturday and now into Sunday morning.

The Twins are then off Monday and are heading to Puerto Rico for a two-game series againt Cleveland.
