Two are dead in separate shooting incidents Friday night in Minneapolis.

The first happened around 7:20 p.m. in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood, where police found a man dead inside a car parked behind the Hard Times Cafe.

Just before midnight, a man was found shot to death on the sidewalk outside Cliff-N-Norm's Bar on the 2,000 block of Washington Avenue.

A man and a woman were also wounded in that incident, where officers reported at least 20 shots fired before cars were seen leaving the area.

Names are not released and no one is arrested.

The shootings happened about 12 hours after a reported homicide in the Summit-University neighborhood of St. Paul.

Police found a man unresponsive in the street near the corner of Avon St. and Carroll Ave.

A spokesman for St.Paul police believe the shooting is not random and the public is not at risk.

The victim's identity is not released and no one is in custody.
